Product substitutions:

Product substitutions may happen from time to time dependent on current inventory on hand at time of booking. Subs could also be made to accommodate extreme weather conditions, if it is too hot or too cold to ship a particular food item. Subs are done at the discretion of the designer and are always of equal or greater value of that purchased and within the theme of the gift.

Hours of Operation:

Regular Hours of operation are Monday- Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PST. We do not ship or deliver locally on weekends or holidays.

Delivery:

You can view estimated delivery & days in transit on all ground orders, on our Canadian map in the shipping tab. Please note that this is only an estimated delivery date; you will need to choose an expedited shipping method to guarantee a specific timed delivery date.

Adult signatures are required for all gifts containing wine. All other gifts are sent without a required signature; occasionally the courier may determine that the location is not safe to leave an unattended package and will attempt delivery at a later date. FedEx also leaves a door tag if delivery address doesn't require a buzz code to enter.

Please ensure recipient's contact telephone number, proper street address (not PO Box numbers) with buzz code for entry, if required , are all included in your order detail.

Tracking packages:

Package Tracking: FedEx will send a tracking email to your inbox automatically after you order online. Make sure to check your spam filter if you do not see it. For an additional tracking email send your request to shipping@expressgiftbaskets.net with "tracking request" as your heading. Please see our contact information to speak with us. We are in BC so check the shipping map for approximate days in transit. For USA tracking requests put "USA tracking" as your heading. UPS tracking is not automatic when you order. If you require USA tracking please email us your order number and we will send it to you.

Parcels are not in transit over weekends at anytime of the year. All orders received by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard time will leave our warehouse the same day unless otherwise specified.

If you choose FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight they will be delivered if the recipient is available to sign for the delivery. Delivery days do not include the day of departure and are delivered by FedEx Express. Please note: smaller communites with 2 day and Overnight service can take longer than deliveries to larger cities.

Please make sure to supply us with your telephone number as well as the recipients. If FedEx can not contact a recipient for any reason, or can not access a building to get a signature they will leave a call tag. If the recipient does not contact FedEx the package will come back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for parties not responding to delivery for any reason. If we receive your package back Fed Ex charges us twice, once for the first delivery and then again when the basket gets shipped back to us, therefore we charge you again to resend.
