Unless there is a seasonal substitution the baskets are shipped exactly as they are shown. If we have to re-stock a basket the image will be marked as "Out of Stock".
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right. In the case of a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours and we will have FedEx pick up the basket and bring it back to our warehouse. Once we receive an email that the basket is en route and being returned back to us, we will re-ship a replacement or refund the purchase.
