Orders received by 11:00 AM PST will go out the same day unless otherwise specified in the comment area found in the payment information section.

UPS delivers business days Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a Friday your gift will not be received until after the weekend. Some major cities have Saturday delivery. Please call us toll free at 1-877-763-7333 to confirm a Saturday delivery. There is an extra charge for Saturday service.

**Important**Order Substitutions, please note that extreme volume at certain busy times of the year can cause a product in your basket to be substituted. We reserve the right to substitute products dependent on current inventory on hand at time of booking.  We do remove baskets from the shopping cart if there is no chance to re-stock in a timely manner or if too many substitutions are needed. Subs could also be made to accommodate extreme weather conditions if it is too cold or too hot to ship a particular food item. Subs are done at the discretion of the designer and are always of equal or greater value of that purchased and within the theme of the gift. Watch for wine shipping notes on each basket. Wine is best shipped Expedited or Express Service during cold winter months. Chocolate can be regularly subbed during warm summer months.

**Please Note**: There is a $15.00 CAD plus 7% GST surcharge for gifts that must be rerouted or require address changes once the package has left our warehouse. There is a service charge of $20.00 CAD plus 7% GST  for gifts that are returned to us due to address error plus the cost of resending the gift ($15, $55, or $95 plus GST depending on the method chosen).
