Track your package:

• Enter your username and password that you entered when you placed your order.
• Click on "Your Settings" top right.
• Click on "package tracking".
• You will see your orders with tracking links next to them.
• Click on the link and tracking will appear from Purolator.

Important: In order to track shipments you must "Sign Up" prior to shopping. Use the tab on the top right hand corner of the home page. You will be prompted upon your first order to Sign Up.

Orders are filled and shipped on a first come, first served basis. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement (unless otherwise requested). During the busy holiday seasons we strive to ship within 24 to 72 hours. Please allow more lead-time for customized or large multiple orders. Purolator Ships Monday through Friday. If you order after 11:00 AM PST your gift could depart the next day. For example: if you order after 11:00 AM PST on a Friday your gift will depart on the following Monday.
