Parcels are not in transit over weekends at anytime of the year.  All orders received by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard time will leave our warehouse the same day unless otherwise specified.

Package Tracking

FedEx will send a tracking email to your inbox. For an additional tracking email send your request to shipping@expressgiftbaskets.net with "tracking request" as your heading. For USA tracking requests put "USA tracking" as your heading. 

 

2 Day and Overnight will be delivered if the recipient is available to sign for the delivery. Delivery days do not include the day of departure and are delivered by FedEx Express. Please note for smaller communites 2 day and Overnight service can take longer than deliveries to larger cities.

Please make sure to supply us with your telephone number as well as the recipients. If FedEx can not contact a recipient for any reason, or can not access a building to get a signature they will leave a call tag. If the recipient does not contact FedEx the package will come back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for parties not responding to delivery for any reason. If we receive your package back Fed Ex charges us twice, once for the first delivery and then again when the basket gets shipped back to us, therefore we charge you again to resend.

Orders are filled and shipped on a first come, first served basis. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement (unless otherwise requested). During the busy holiday seasons we strive to ship within 24 to 72 hours. Please allow more lead-time for customized or large multiple orders. Please note the days for delivery are business days and do not include weekends or Statutory Holidays in Canada.

FedEx Ships Monday through Friday. If you order after 11:00 AM PST your gift could depart the next day. For example: if you order after 11:00 AM PST on a Friday your gift will depart on the following Monday.
